How do I track my order?

Each and every order shipped from Little Diva Tutus is shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Your Delivery Confirmation number will be sent to the e-mail address used when you placed your order.

Do you ship International?

Please be aware of your country's guidelines before processing your order. Your local Postal Service can supply this information.

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail

Due to the heightened security measures with the US Postal Service there have been some delays with delivery of International packages. You can expect 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

We do not change the value of international orders or ship them via "gift" status.

Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country purchases made at Little Diva Tutus. These fees are to be paid by you and can be significant. You are responsible for checking with your local government for rates. We will not refund an order because you do not want to pay taxes or duties charged by your local government agencies.

International customers may be asked to provide the name of their credit card company bank and the customer service phone number printed on the back of their card for verification.

What are your shipping rates?

Our current shipping rates for the United States and Canada are as follows:

.01-$5.00 - $2.50 standard

$5.01-$49.99 - $5.00 Standard - $6.95 Priority Mail
$50.00 + $8.95 Priority Mail

$99.00 + FREE

International 1st Class Rates are as follows:

Up to $15.00 - $7.50
$15.01 - $19.99 - $15.00
$20.00 – 39.99 - $17.00
$40 – 49.99 - $19.00
$50 – 59.99 $25.00

What are your payment options?

Little Diva Tutus accepts all major credit cards and Paypal

Can I return or exchange my merchandise?

Tutus are created to your specifications and can not be exchanged. Each tutu is lovingly created in a smoke-free environment and inspected for imperfections before shipment. Should you receive a tutu that’s been damaged, please contact us immediately so we can replace your order.

If you are unsure if a tutu will fit, please include the waist measurement and desired length in the notes part of your order. If notes are not included we will assume you want the tutu created to our current specifications. If you have any questions about measurements, contact us BEFORE ordering.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Hair accessories can not be exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Tutus can not be returned.

T-Shirts, personalized or otherwise can not be returned.

Clearance items can not be returned.

All exchanges will be complete upon receiving the damaged merchandise. We will not ship out exchanges without receiving the original.

We DO NOT pay for return shipping! 

Damaged items must be returned in 5 business days.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

How are your tutus shipped?

Depending on the number of tutus and size your tutu will be shipped in either a flat gift style box or a cubed box.  We typically ship USPS Priority Mail, however, our large dresses and multiple tutus will ship UPS Ground.

How can I become a Little Diva Tutus model?

Little Diva Tutus is always on the look out for new tutu and hair models. If you are interested in your daughter becoming a Little Diva Tutus model, contact us.

How do I design my own tutu?

To design your own tutu, type in as many color choices as you wish to use and we will evenly mix the colors. If you have a specific tutu design in mind, choose the colors you want and include a note as to how you would like them used in the tutu. If you have a photo idea, please feel free to send it to us for inspiration.

What’s the difference between ordering from your site and Etsy?

We use Etsy as a place to sell our limited edition tutus and accessories as well as items we are closing out. We only accept Paypal through Etsy. To visit our Etsy page, click HERE.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

While Little Diva Tutus is constantly updating our inventory, there are times when a mistake is made. In the event of a mistake in inventory, you will receive an e-mail asking if you’d like a refund for the item ordered or an exchange. We give you 48 hours to respond. If we do not hear from you in the 48 hours, a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) is given and the rest of the order is shipped.

How will I know if my credit card or Paypal payment didn’t process?

Once again, Little Diva Tutus will contact you via the e-mail account you used when placing the order. You will have the option to place another order. We do not continue to process the order until it is approved.

How many days should I allow before contacting you about a missing order?

As stated, Little Diva Tutus will contact you with your Delivery Confirmation number. If you haven’t received your order in 10 business days, please contact us with your order name and order number.

Do you ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. A Little Diva Tutus representative will call the number given to confirm that an order was placed and will confirm the name of the gifted party as well as their address.

Will Little Diva Tutus share my information with other sites or companies?

No. Your information is secure and will not be shared with other companies.

Does Little Diva Tutus have a newsletter?

Not at this time. However, we do have a blog where we share new products, contests and updates. You can find it here.

Does Little Diva Tutus use a drop shipper?

Not at this time.  All creations ordered are created and shipped directly from the Little Diva Tutus Workshop!

Does Little Diva Tutus offer wholesale accounts?

Yes we do. Please refer to our wholesale page for details.

I'd like Little Diva Tutus to host a fundraiser.

We would love to help each and every family and child in need, however, we can not. 

If you have a child you would like us to consider, please contact us!  We are currently booked up through 2011 with fundraisers, however, we will do our best to contact you as soon as space is available. 

If you know a child suffering from a terminal illness or battling cancer and want to send a tutu to them, we offer reduced pricing for tutus being sent directly to a hospital.  Contact us to find out how you can get 25% off a tutu for a sick child. 

I would like Little Diva Tutus to sponsor my daughter in an upcoming pageant. 

Little Diva Tutus will consider sponsoring children who are current customers.  We can not sponsor more than 1 child per month and request a copy of the program and ad.  We request that ads used with our name include photographs of your child using or modeling our products.
