POLICIES:
Shipping Policies and Rates
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail
with Delivery Confirmation.
Flat rate shipping is 6.95. Free shipping on all orders over $100. Express Shipping is available. Contact us for rates.
A notification email will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
We will use FedEx or UPS on large orders
and/or express orders.
Shipping Time
At this time our shipping rate is valid for customers in
the USA and Canda.
Please contact us for other International Shipping Rates.
Our orders processed, packaged and shipped in a very timely manner.
We strive to have all pre-made tutu orders processed and shipped within 48 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays). We ship Monday - Friday.
At this time custom orders take 4-5 days to complete and ship. Please allow 5 business days from the shipping date to receive your tutu. If you haven't received your tutu after 10 days, please contact us.

Return Policy
Your business is important to us! At Little Diva Tutus we strive to provide great service. This includes double checking your order and packaging everything carefully. Occasionally accidents do happen.
If your order arrives damaged or missing an item please contact us right away. We want to correct the problem.
If a product is not in good condition when it arrives to you, please contact us with your order number and return the damaged goods. We will replace the product as well as the shipping cost incurred to you.
Unless damaged, there are no returns on tutus. We strive to provide you with the best quality images of each product. Your tutu will arrive flat, to give it the poof you see in the photos, please see our How to Care for your Tutu page.
